Professor Tries To Correct Century-Old Court Error
Aug 5th, 2008 · In 1883, the Supreme Court issued a series of rulings on whether Congress could pass civil rights legislation. A law professor has found a typo in one of those decisions and now, 125 years later, he's gone to Washington to get it corrected.
