A recent segment featured an Iraq war veteran who went home hoping to be welcomed as a hero and instead wound up homeless. Following each weekly, 10-minute documentary, retired Marine Jan Bender, the Iraq war veteran who hosts ntheirboots.com, has an online discussion with some of the people featured in the segment, and invites veterans and other listeners to join the conversation via video Skype or iChat. Bender talks with Liane Hansen.
