Jan 14th, 2008 · Clara Rojas, one of the hostages released by Colombian rebels, reunites with her 3-year-old son in Bogota. Rojas gave birth while in captivity, and has said the father is a member of the rebel group that held her. Her son, Emmanuel, was born in an improvised cesarean section.
Jan 7th, 2008 · A "Museum of Laziness" has been open for one week in Bogota, Colombia. Among its exhibits is a couch set before a TV, hammocks and various beds. Its curator says the city sponsored museum is aimed at exploring the idea that "laziness is the enemy of work."
