Jun 8th, 2007 · Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is out of jail after spending three full days of a 45-day sentence. Hilton was sent home early Thursday morning with an electronic ankle bracelet. The Sheriff's office says her release was due to an undisclosed "medical condition." Now the judge has ordered the heiress back to court to decide whether she should go back to jail.
