Hayden Carruth, A Poet With A Jazzman's Touch

Oct 2nd, 2008 · National Book Award-winning poet Hayden Carruth drew inspiration from nature, music and the troubled times of his own life. He died Sept. 29 in his home in Munnsville, N.Y.; he was 87.
