Jan 28th, 2010 · Mary Oberwetter and 17 others were dancing at the Jefferson Memorial. They were rocking out with headphones, and when a National Park Service officer told them to stop, they refused. A judge has ruled against the dancers, saying the inside of the memorial is not a public forum where people may dance, even if it's a silent dance party.
