Pakistani Taliban Leader Reported Killed In Strike

Feb 25th, 2010 · Mohammed Qari Zafar was among at least 13 people killed Wednesday in a CIA missile strike in the tribal region on the Pakistan border with Afghanistan, officials said. Zafar was wanted in the deadly 2006 bombing of the U.S. consulate in Karachi and suspected in the 2008 bombing at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad, which killed 54 people.
