Second Mistrial for 'Miami Six' Terror Suspects

Apr 17th, 2008 · In Miami, a federal judge on Wednesday declared a second mistrial against six men accused of plotting an attack on Chicago's Sears Tower and FBI offices. The first trial ended in December when the jury could not reach a verdict. Prosecutors built their case on the testimony of a paid informant posing as an al-Qaida operative.
