He was sentenced Monday to 2 1/2 years in prison before giving a tearful apology that was rebuked by Andrews.

She is being charged with public lewdness. Her lawyer says that is "ridiculous" because the museum is full of nudes.

After that, they will have to cover up or face arrest. The new policy follows an appeals court ruling that sided in favor of stricter enforcement.
