Antonio Rungi says he wanted to change the image of nuns and to fight the stereotype that they're old and cranky. He planned an online competition for nuns with the best "overall beauty." But Rungi was attacked via phone calls and e-mails, so he put off the competition he called "Miss Sister 2008."

A recent segment featured an Iraq war veteran who went home hoping to be welcomed as a hero and instead wound up homeless. Following each weekly, 10-minute documentary, retired Marine Jan Bender, the Iraq war veteran who hosts ntheirboots.com, has an online discussion with some of the people featured in the segment, and invites veterans and other listeners to join the conversation via video Skype or iChat.
