Dec 4th, 2008 · For owners of a T-Mobile G1, also known as the "Google phone," you can now download a program that will give you a read out on the flu in your zip code. The program was created by the makers of the flu remedy — Zicam — and they get their information from polling health care providers and pharmacies. The company that makes the program says a version for the iPhone will be availible later this month.

San Francisco's Tobacco Ban Challenged In Court

Sep 30th, 2008 · A judge in San Francisco will decide Tuesday if the city has a right to enforce a new law that bans the sale of tobacco in pharmacies. Drug store chain Walgreen Co. and tobacco company Philip Morris have filed suits against San Francisco. If the ban is successful, it could catch on in other cities.

U.S. Tracks Suspicious Sudafed Purchases ****

The cold medicine contains an ingredient used to make the illegal drug methamphetamine. Federal law limits Sudafed purchases to six boxes at a time.
