The Associated Press reports the team called 21 hotels before getting the last-minute booking.

A city law set to take effect this fall requires tour guides to pass a written licensing test or face hefty fines. Similar laws are already on the books in Washington, New Orleans and Charleston, S.C. But tour guides in Philadelphia are challenging the law in court, saying it violates the First Amendment.
