The Tri-City Herald reports police arrested Wallace, but gave him credit for being creative. Creative people around Milwaukee have an event for bike riders. On New Years' Day, they ride their bikes into Lake Michigan. Half a dozen people plunged into a lake so cold they had to break the ice first.
