Aug 26th, 2007 · On the banks of the Kickapoo River in Crawford County, Wis., heavy rainfall is causing serious flooding. More than a foot of rain fell there last weekend, forcing an evacuation from hundreds of damaged homes. This is the biggest flood since 1978, which was once thought to be the flood to end all floods. Now, volunteers from around the area are coming in to help with clean-up.
