Judge tried to stay relevant by focusing on local issues, and starting a blog. But his satirical take on local issues can easily be replaced by nationally syndicated artists. Fifty years later, the city would like to dig it up, but there's no official record of its location. One resident remembers that it might be on a street corner where, unfortunately, the sidewalk was recently replaced. The city plans a new time capsule with better records of its location.
