California Democrats Aim to Close 'Sloophole'

Feb 25th, 2008 · California is facing a $16 million budget deficit. To help tighten the gap, Democrats want to close a loophole that allows buyers of private planes, yachts and recreational vehicles to avoid paying sales tax on their big-ticket items.
