Obama Supporters Celebrate Outside White House

Nov 5th, 2008 · President-elect Barack Obama doesn't move in to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for another couple of months. But it turned out to be the site of spontaneous celebration by some of his supporters in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. The crowd didn't seem to be too worried about keeping the current occupants awake.

Thousands of Jordanians Protest Amman Bombings

Nov 11th, 2005 · Jordanians take to the streets in spontaneous demonstrations, following a series of terror attacks against the small kingdom on Wednesday. Fifty-seven people were killed and more then 100 wounded when suicide bombers attacked three luxury hotels in the Jordanian capital. The insurgent group al Qaeda in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attacks.
