DC Neighborhood Turns Out For Obama
Nov 5th, 2008 · In the nation's capital, a celebration spontaneously began in a historically black neighborhood at 14th and U Streets NW. Once the election was called for Democrat Barack Obama, hundreds of people poured from bars and restaurants into the neighborhood — despite a heavy drizzle.
