88-Year-Old New Jersey Man Fights Off Thieves

As she distracted the senior citizens, three people slipped inside the house to steal the safe. The intended victims are in their eighties. But when the husband realized what was happening, the World War Two veteran dropped his cane, rose from his wheelchair, slugged the theives and recovered his safe.

Calabria was born without a right leg, and was forced to use his upper body strength to battle the mountain. Donations from his trek will provide 1,000 wheelchairs to the people of Tanzania.
