San Diego Files Suit Against Medical Marijuana Law

All Things Considered, January 20, 2006 · The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has filed a lawsuit in federal court challenging the legality of California's Medical Marijuana Law. The state is one of 11 across the country in which the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes is legal.
