Peter Broderick: 'And It's Alright'

Take a look at musician and songwriter Peter Broderick's resume and you'll likely have a hard time believing that he's only 21 years old. Not only does Broderick play violin for the experimental Danish rock group Efterklang, but he recently released Home, a lovely solo album with delicate harmonies and acoustic guitar.

A Prodigal Comes 'Home' — As Does The Author

Pulitzer Prize-winner Marilynne Robinson returns to the town of Gilead, scene of her last novel. Home has a less meditative tone that suits its younger characters, especially Jack, the wayward son who returns in search of redemption.

Family Of 7 Forgets 4-Year-Old At Airport

Like a scene from the 1990s movie Home Alone, a family flew to France over the weekend — and forgot one of their kids. Officials at Israel's Ben Gurion International Airport found a 4-year-old girl wandering the duty-free shop in tears. The girl was sent on the next flight and reunited with her family. Officials are investigating how only six people boarded the original flight when the family had seven tickets.

Maine-Line Murder In Sarah Graves' Eastport

The Eastport, Maine, Sarah Graves ladles up for her readers in her Home Repair Is Homicide series is picturesque, but not picture-perfect. In fact, it's a lot like the small town the author calls home — give or take a few dead bodies.
