New York Giants Star Receiver To Face Charges

You could argue that Plaxico Burress has been punished enough. The New York Giants receiver faces criminal charges for possessing a weapon. It's the same weapon with which he shot himself in the leg on Friday night. His lawyer is asking people to withhold judgment. Burress is expected to plead not guilty to criminal possession of a weapon. The team's general manager says he phoned Burress, who didn't call back.

The latest Abigail Breslin film, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl is more engaging. The Mike Myers comedy, The Love Guru, however, is perhaps the least likely to be your Mr. Right.
